The capacity for civil discourse is America’s birthright, as suggested by the placement of controlling Saturn in diplomacy-minded Libra in the US horoscope.  With Saturn traveling through Libra and about to return to its original position in that horoscope, a Rally to Restore Sanity would seem to be a perfectly timed opportunity to return to the principles upon which this country was founded.
